Streamiflow is committed to your privacy. You have full control over your data and can
delete it at any time directly from the app. This page explains exactly how to do it and what data is
affected.
How to Delete Your Data
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the Streamiflow app. Follow
these steps:
Open the Streamiflow app on your device
Navigate to Home › Manage
Accounts
Select the account you want to delete
Tap the Delete button (trash icon) on the account card
Confirm the deletion when prompted
All local data is deleted immediately and permanently. There is no recovery option
or retention period. Alternatively, uninstalling the app will also remove all local data from your
device.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete an account, the following data is permanently removed from your device:
Deleted Immediately
Account credentials — Username, password, and server URL (removed from encrypted
storage)
M3U / Playlist URLs — Any playlist URLs or file references associated with the
account
All synced content — Live TV channels, movies (VOD), TV series, and episodes
Content categories — All live, VOD, and series category data
EPG data — Electronic Program Guide (TV listings) data
Watch history & progress — All playback positions and history entries
Favorites — All favorited channels, movies, and series
Sync status — All synchronization metadata and timestamps
User profile — Account name, parental PIN, and all associated settings
What Is Kept
Retained (No Personal Data)
App-wide preferences — Theme selection, playback settings, language preference,
and other UI preferences
Other accounts — If you have multiple accounts, only the selected account is
deleted; other accounts remain untouched
These preferences contain no personal or identifiable information. To remove them as well, simply
uninstall the app.
Server-Side Data (Android Only)
On Android devices, Streamiflow stores a minimal record on our servers via Google Firebase Firestore for
ad trial management purposes. This record contains:
Server-Stored Data
Device ID (Android ID) — Used to manage the ad-free trial period
Install date — The date the app was first installed
This data is not automatically deleted when you remove an account from the app. To
request deletion of this server-side data, please contact us at
support@streamiflow.com.
Summary
Streamiflow stores the vast majority of data locally on your device. When you delete an account:
✅ All local data (credentials, content, history, favorites) is deleted immediately and
permanently
✅ No retention period applies for local data
✅ Uninstalling the app removes all local data
ℹ️ Server-side trial data (Android only) can be deleted upon request
