By accessing or using Streamiflow, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Streamiflow is a media player application that allows you to organize and play video content from sources you provide. The App does not provide, host, or distribute any media content, channels, or subscriptions. You are solely responsible for obtaining and using content in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of your content provider.
Streamiflow offers an optional Premium subscription that removes advertisements and unlocks additional features. The following terms apply to Premium purchases:
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for any content you access through the App. You must not use the App to:
The App, including its design, code, logos, and brand assets, is the property of Streamiflow and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob (advertising), Google Firebase (backend infrastructure), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
The App may display links or allow connections to third-party IPTV providers. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services or content providers you connect to through the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Streamiflow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
