At Streamiflow Media Player ("we," "us," or "our"), specific to the "Streamiflow" application, we respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle your data. Please read this privacy policy carefully to understand our practices.
The Short Version: We collect minimal data. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or location. On Android, we collect a device identifier for advertising and ad trial enforcement purposes. All your content data (playlists, watch history, favorites) stays on your device.
Streamiflow Media Player is built with privacy as a core principle. We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the app:
The majority of data generated by your use of the application is stored locally on your device. This includes:
Because this data is stored locally, if you uninstall the application or clear its data, this information will be lost unless you have manually created a backup. We do not have access to your playlists, credentials, watch history, or favorites on our servers.
The Android version of Streamiflow integrates the following third-party services:
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. After a 30-day ad-free trial period, ads may be shown to users. AdMob may collect and process:
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we display a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before showing personalized ads, in compliance with GDPR. You can manage your ad preferences through this consent form at any time from the app's settings.
We use Firebase Firestore solely to store your device's Android ID and the date the app was first installed. This data is used to enforce the 30-day ad-free trial period and prevent trial abuse. No personal information, usage data, or content data is stored in Firebase.
The application may use standard platform services (provided by Google Play, Apple App Store, or Microsoft Store) for basic installation statistics, which are governed by the respective platform's privacy policies.
Streamiflow Media Player contains NO content.
Users must provide their own content by adding playlists (M3U or Xtream Codes API) from their own providers. We are not responsible for the content you choose to view. We do not endorse or support the streaming of copyright-protected material without the permission of the copyright holder.
To function correctly, the Streamiflow app requires the following permissions on your device:
We share data with third parties only as described below:
We do not sell your data to any third party.
Local data: You can delete your accounts and all associated local data (playlists, credentials, watch history, favorites) at any time from the User Manager screen within the app. Uninstalling the app will also remove all local data.
Server-side data: Your device trial record (Android ID and install date) is retained in Firebase Firestore. To request deletion of this data, please contact us at support@streamiflow.com.
We take the security of your data seriously:
Our Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
